We are Castle Marketing Strategies, a global content distribution network that transforms long-form videos into engaging content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Your role will be to identify the most engaging moments, turn them into short-form videos, and publish them through social media accounts managed by you.

No professional experience is required — if you’re eager to learn and have basic video editing skills, we’ll help you develop and grow.

● Watch long-form content and identify engaging moments. 

● Create short-form vertical videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. 

● Edit videos using software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Descript, or similar. 

● Follow client branding and content guidelines. 

● Consistently upload content to social media accounts.

● English Language Proficiency Test — CEFR Level B2 or higher.

● No prior professional experience is required. We provide training, detailed guidelines, and support, so motivated candidates can learn on the job.

● Preferred experience in editing videos. 

● Understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. 

● Familiarity with short-form, vertical video editing. 

● Preferred experience using captioning tools such as Submagic, CapCut, or similar. 

● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 

● Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

● Fully remote position. 

● Flexible schedule with no fixed working hours. 

● Dedicated community & personal manager. 

● Creative freedom assuming you follow the general rules & guidelines 

● Performance-based earning potential with NO income cap.

 ● Ongoing support and detailed editing guidelines. 

Important Note: There is no base salary. It takes a few months to reach minimum monthly wage, 620 euro. From there, your earning potential is uncapped, with opportunities to continue increasing your compensation based on performance.
