Job Purpose:

This role provides hands-on technical execution for the AI platform, ensuring that environments, integrations, deployments, and operational processes are implemented reliably and efficiently. The Platform Engineer / Solution Engineer converts platform standards into working technical solutions and supports the practical adoption of AI capabilities across OpCos.

The role is essential for maintaining platform stability and enabling delivery teams to build and deploy AI agents with speed and confidence. It combines engineering depth with a service-oriented mindset, helping local teams troubleshoot issues, apply best practices, and integrate AI solutions into existing enterprise systems.

Role insights:

• Builds and supports AI platform.
• Configure and maintain platform environments.
• Manage integrations, deployments, and access controls.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support deployments.
• Implement platform standards across opcos solution and templates.
• Monitor platform health, security, and performance.
• Maintain documentation for platform setup, integrations, troubleshooting, and support processes.

What makes you unique:

• 3+ years of engineering, DevOps, or cloud experience.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, MCP integrations, and Azure.
• Exceptional troubleshooting abilities and strong operational focus.
• Deep LLM, RAG and context engineering expertise.
• Solid grounding in Agentic AI principles.
• Background in supporting enterprise applications and platforms.
