For one of our clients - a top-tier BPO provider offering exceptional customer support and
streamlined business services worldwide, we are looking for – Technical Support Specialist
with German or Dutch or Spanish or Hungarian.

*Provide top-tier technical support to users via phone, chat, or email;
*Troubleshoot software and hardware issues with accuracy and speed;
*Guide customers through step-by-step solutions;
*Log all customer interactions and technical actions clearly;
*Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when needed;
*Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering friendly, effective service.

*Fluency in German, Dutch, Spanish or Hungarian, plus strong English skills;
*Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities;
*Basic understanding of IT systems, software, and troubleshooting;
*Previous customer service or tech support experience is a plus;
*Quick learner with a can-do attitude and team spirit;
*Ability to work in shifts and stay calm under pressure.
